This is the only method of animal control we have on the farm. The two methods we use to capture game on the farm is mass capturing and chemical. Mass capturing is where you build bomas in the veld were the animals is situated and you chase them with a helicopter into the boma’s. Chemical capturing is mostly done when there is dangerous game involved or injured animals, this procedure is a very expensive way of capturing because you have to dart the animal with a cocktail of tranquilisers. Its takes a lot of hard work and proper teamwork to get the job done as quick and save as possible. A plan must be set out before hand to specify  what is going to be captured and where everyone is going to be.
