I was very excited about working in the kitchen for the weekend. On Friday the 10th of June it started. I made like a million pancakes for welcoming. When I was done with that I helped Chef William with the preparations for Meat-lovers. We made Peri Peri chicken and we reheated all the food and meat we made the previous day. At 6pm we started and we 'braaied' all the meat and at 10pm we were finished and all the guests had left.
Saturday Juan Alon and myself made a Swiss roll but we added to much flour and then it was more like a cookie roll but still it was nice. For the rest of the day I made wild rice, chicken stir fry and steak.
Sunday I made potato mash I learned to make a omelet, pizza and I helped Lilandi to make student dinner.
