My second week in the kitchen.

On the 6th of June I wrote my big final exam on F&B and for the rest of the day Chef Edward gave me off. For the rest of the week the restaurant was very still and we had nothing to do so for the rest of the week the most we did cleaning. The highlight of the week was to make student lunch. It consisted of steak egg and chips, believe me the students were very happy with it. Other nice things I made was Butternut soup for the Guesthouse and Beef roast's.
